Another 3D War of the Worlds model, this time this one is fromthe Jeff Wayne musical. Using design sketchs done Michael Trim in 1976, I made this Walker within 2 days. I plan on giving it a action scene soon with the Thunderchild...maybe, not too sure. How does it look? (To see how the tripods look compared to mine go here [link] )

Amazing machine! You did a great job on this model! I can see how the mechanisms might work. :D

In the right hands, you could do a lot of good with one of these... go and, I dunno, take over Parliament and save the country from a fate worse than bankruptsy/taxes! :XD:
Or take a stroll from one public place to another, zapping all the terrorists that have been knocking about lately... yeah, that would do it for me! :w00t:
